You can download ExpressScribe for free to use with the foot pedal unless the company requires platforms, they just ask for the safest and believe tht these 2, Norton and McAfee are the safest. It has something to do with no driver.

I have been using an Infinity USB foot pedal for years without any issues. I have downloaded different drivers for Windows 10 as it was suggested it was a driver It worked for 2 days when stopped and now have the issues.
